did conditionally approve Variance No. 949 for the establishment of a real estate
off ice nn prnperty located at 2560 I~est Lincoin Avanue9 and
MHEREAS,~ the City Planning Co~ission did iniL~ate reclassification prcceedings
of property located at 2560 Mest L±ncoln Avanue to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial,
Zone, and
MHERFJIS, the City Planning Cofmnission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall
in.the City cf ?.nahe3m on July 209 1964, at 2a00 0'clock P~Mo, notice of said public
hearing having been duly given as req~~ired by law and in accordance with the provisions
of the Mahe,im Nunicipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against sai.~

WFIFREAS, the City Planning Can~ission by Resolution No. 1263y Series 1964-65.
did recommend to the City Council that Reclassification Noo 64-65-9 be approved
unconditionally for C-1, Neighhorhond Cortmaercial, Zoney and
MF~&EAS, if said Reclassification Noe 64-65-9 were approved, an existing real
estate office woulrl be parmittad.hy right, thereby nullifying Variance Noo 949.

Anaheim does hereby texminate Variance No., 9499 based on t~e fact that a real estate
office is a permitted u~e in the recommended C-1, Neighborhood Commercial,,Zone.
