on April 13, 1?64 of Reclassification No. b3-b4•-94, to the City Council, and
:7HEREAS, the City Planninq Commission did grant, in conjunction with Reclassification
No. b3-64-94, Variance No. 1628 on April 13, 1964 by Resolution No. 1124, Series 1963-64,
and
W1-1F.RFAS, the City Council did approve by Resolution of Intent No. 64R-320 on Mey 5,
1964, Petition for Reclassification Noe 63-64-94, reclassifying the property to C•0,
Cou~nercial Office and R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zones, and
rF~RFAS, the City Councfl on July 7, 1964, did approve Revision No 3 of Tentative
Map of Tract Noe 3623 ^~oposing the subdivision into 118 R-1, One Family Residential9
Zoned lots, property originally approved ir. Resolution of Intent No. 64R-320 for C-0,
Commercial Office and R-3, Multipla Family R~sidential, Zonesy and
WF~REAS, the City Planning Commission on July 20, 1964, did grant Variance No. 1649
permitting the waiver of the required front yards on Revision No. 3 of Tentative Map of
Tract No, 3823<
NOW, THFREIi~RE, BE IT P.E90LVm that the City Flanning Commission of the City of
Anaheim.rloes racommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim the termination of all
proceedings for reclassification of Reclassification No. 63-64-94 and Variance No. 1628,
based on the foregoing facts, which make null and w id said reclassification proceedingso
