1. That the proposed nse is Prop~rly one Eor which ~ Couditlonal Use Peemit ts anthortsed by tt:is Code, to wit:
establish a hofhrau tavern on subject property.
2e That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad,~olning land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the propoaed hofbrau will be a bar and will not serve food in conjunction,
and would, therefore, be an incompatible influence to children frequenting the area due
to the cloae proximity of a high school 1000 feet to the east, a junior high school within
600 feet to the west, two elementary schools within one-quarter of a mile and four churches
within 900-1000 feet easterly, northerly, and westerly of sub~ect property.
4. That two persons representing two churches in the area, appeared in opposition to
subject petition.
