A RESOLUTION OF TFIE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TF~ CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAF[BIN
7I~ AMENDIMENT TO TITLE EIGHTEEN, CHAPTER 18.40,
NEIGHHORHOOD COMNERCIAL, ZONE OF THE ANA}IHIM MUNICIPAL CODE
WF~REAS, Chapter 18.40 is nor+ intended to provide for and encourage the orderly
devQlopment of co~ercial areas throughout the City r-hich will serve the demand for
a wide variety of goods and services, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did initiate and conduct public hearings
on May 11, June 22, July 20, and August 3, 1964, to hear and consider evidence for
and against said proposed amendment to Title 18~ and to investigate and make find-
ings and recoamendations in connection therewith, and
YYt~REAS, the City Planning Commission did adopt said amendment at the regular
meating on August 3, 1964e
NqN, Tf~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim the adoption of the amendment o# Title
Eighteen by the amendment to Chapter 18040, Zoning Code - General Co~amercial, Zone
of the Anaheim Municipal Code as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred
to herein as though set forth in full.
?HE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved hy me this 13th day of August,
1964.
