~ YYHFREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did consider
7 at a public hearing Variance No. 1639, on June 8, 1964, and
MHFRFAS, the City Planning Commission granted Variance No. 1639 in Resolution
No. 1180, Series 1963-64, and
11EIFREAS, Condition No. 6 of said resolution required that "The owner of sub3ect
prnperty shall deed to the City of Anaheim a fifteen (15} foot radius corner return
for street purposes on Zeyn Street and La Palma Avenue, and
WHFRFAS, evidence was submitted that indicated that the petitioner's contractor
had misunderstood the area desigaatad for the radius corner return, and
NFIIItFAS, the City E~gineer and Interdepartmental Committee for Public Safety
and General Pfelfare deepied that the requested eleven foot six inch radius corner
return would be ~dequate along La Palma Avenue and Zeyn Street.
I~AM, THEREP~I~~ BE IT RE90LVID that the City Planning ComQaission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby amend Condition No. 6 in Resolution 1180, Series 1963-64,
granting Varianca No. 1639 to_read as follows:
"That the owner of'sub3ect property shall deed to the City of Maheim an
eleven (11) foot six (6) inch radius corner return for street punposes on
Zeyn Street and La Palma Avenue."
THE I~RB~ING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 13th day of
August, 1964.
