3. That subj~ct proparty shall be develop=d substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on f ile with the City of Maheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, provided however,
that all conditions of the Building D~partmant far converting from a resid~ntial use to a
comm~rcial use ahali be complied with prior to final building inspection, and further '
provid~d that any future plans for r~developm~nt of th~ prop+erty shall be submitted to the
Planning Commission for recor..aendation and sha:2 be subject to the approval of the City
