WHEREAS, due to an error in the legal advertisement the southeast corner had been
indicated instead of the northeast corner; and
MfHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did advertise ~ibject property and hold a public
hearing on August 17, 1964, at 2e00 0'clock p.m., notice of said public hearing having been
given as .equized by :aw; and
w7iEREAS. said Cocunission, after due inspection, investigation, and st~dy made by
i:self and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at said hearing, does find and determine the following factst
1. That the existing use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is
authorized by 2his Code, to wit~ Establish an existing service station as a co~forming
use in the C-1, Neignbornood Co~marcial, Zone within 75 feet of a single family residence
on subject property.
2. ihat the ~xisting use was established under Reclassification No. 61-E7-20.
3. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit ~nder the conditions imposed,
