That the owner of sub~ect properiy snall deed tu the City o: ~~eh^=~ a s~rip o: :a:d 33 feet irt width, from the center line of the street, along Euclid Street,for street widening purposes. 2. That street improvement plans shall be prepared and all engineering requirements of tt City of Maheiei along Euclid, such as curbs and gutters, sideaalks, street gr~ding and pavinq. drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be completed as reqairecf'by th~ City Engineex an~t in accordance~ with stans~ard lans and specifications ort file in the~ office of the City _Eagineer3 or that a bortct in an amoun~ anc3 f~orm satisfactOry to the• City of AnatiAiao- shall t posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements. 3e That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Rnaheim the suni of 52.00 per front foot alon9 Euclid Street, f or street lighting purposes. • 4, That the owner of sub~ect property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sucn of 15~ per front foot along Euclid, for tree planting purposes. 5o That the completiort of these reclassification preceedings is contingent upon the.grant ing of Conditional Use Permit NQ. 614. • 6e That the drainage facilities shail be installed along Euclid'Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stanc}ard plans anck specificatiotts on fil! in the offic of the CitqF~q ineer. 7o That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, above mentioned, shall be CaoEfplied with within a period of 1B0 days from date hereof or such fUrther time as the City Council may grar 8, ihat subject property shall be deve~oped substantially in accordance~with plans and specifications on file with the City of Maheim,.marked Exhibit Nose 1 and 2, proVidQd however, that all structures shall be located a minimum of 20 feet from the easterly boundary of sub~ect property~ and further provided, that all present and future~development on subject property sh~ be one s ory construct3on, as stipulated by the petitioner. 9. That plans of development for the future medical building on the southerly portion of subject propertv shall be submitted to thP Planning Commission for report and recoemendation Lc the City Council for approval.
