A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANAIING Q~NA9ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHQM
RE(DlaIMENDING TO THE CITY CAUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION
OF OONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ND, 233.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant Petition
for Conditional Use Permit Noo 233 in Resolution Noo 318, Series 1961-62, dated Iday 14,
19629 and
iNHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Maheim did consider at a public hearing
said Conditional Use Permit and did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 233 subject to
conditions in Resolution No. 62R-587, on June 199 1962, and
WHEREAS, upon contacting the petitioners relative to completion of conditions in
the approval of Conditional Use Permit Noo 233, the petitioners stated that due to
financial difficulties, they had elected not to exercise authority granted by said
Conditional Use Permit, and that their verbal statement should be used as authority
for termination of Conditional Use Permit Noo 233, and
WHFREAS, subiect property was subsequently sold to Home Rental Company, who
subsequentiy sold it to b!r< Hobbs.
NAW, 7HERF.fORFqFE IT RFSOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does recommend to the City Council of the City of Anahei~n that Conditional Use
Ppxmit Noo 233 be terminated based on the aforementioned findings>
