WHEREAS, aeid Commisaion, after due iaepeetioa, investigetion, ead atudy mede by itself end in its behelf,
ead efter du, consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the folloaing faeta:
1. That the p[oposed nse is properlY oae for ahicli e Coaditional Use Permit is authodzed by this Code, to wit:
establish a multiple famlly planned residential development with carports in lieu of
garages9 and waiver of the required rear yard of 25 feet on subject propertyo
2~ That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad~oining land uses and the grrnnth
and development of the area in which it i~ p:oro~sd to be locatede
3o That the proposed use would be incompatible to the already established singie family
residential development to the north, south, west, and east of subject propertyo
4e That the size and shape of subject property make it suitable and capable of singie
' family subdivision developmento
5. That one person appeared representing 6 persons present in the Council Chamber9
two letters and one petition signed by 34 property owners were received in oppositian to
subject petition.
