to the pcopoaed use of the subject pmperty fa order to presern the sefety ead generel welEere of the CiUzens of the ~
City of Ane6eim: '
1. That the owner of subject property shall deed to thc City of Anaheim a 15-foot radius
corner return for street purposes.
2..That.tha damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks shall be repaired along Helena Street and
Lincoln Avenue9 as required by the City Engineer and in accor~ance with standard pians and ~
spacifications an file in the office of the City Engineer. '
3. That Condition No. 1~ above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that '
the building permit is issued or within a period of 1B0 days from date hereof, whichever occurs;
fir.st, or such further time as the_C~mmission or City Council may grant.
4. That Condition No. 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to finai building
