PC 1964-1965-1340.~ ~ ~.~ RESOLUTION N0. 1340~ SERIES 1964-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~iMx'iSION OF THE CTfY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT ~~ PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-30 gE APPROVED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Cemmission of the City of Aaeheim did • initiate a verified !'-_•tition for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange~ State of California, described as the Northerly 182.13 feet of the Easterly 131.15 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeasti quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on e~Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Californi~4 Excepting that portion lying within the right of way of Bail Road and Magnolia Avenue as described in deed recorded ~ February 28, 1961 in Booic 5642, page 322 of Official Records of Orange County, California. Property owned by: Wiltower Properties, Incorporated, 1010 Wilsfiire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California. ~~d Pd4iEREAS, the City Plenning Commisaion did hold a public headng et the City Hall in the City of paeheim on Septeml~er 14~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public headng heving been duly given as required by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Aaeheim Muaicipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evi- dence for and egainst seid proposed reclassificetion ead to investigete and make findings end recommeadetions ie connection therewith: end WHEREAS, said Commission, aRer due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its beheif, ~ end after due consideration of all evidence and repods offered at seid hearing, does flnd and determine the follomiag facts: 1.Thetthe Planning Commission proposes the reclassification of the above described property from the existing G3, Heavy Commercial, Zone to establish an existing service station as a conforming use, deed restricted to a service station or any C-1, Neighborhood Co~ercial, Zone to the C-1, Zone. 2e That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of the parcel proposed for reclassification would not genarally affect the City's policies in this areao i 3. That the present use of sub3ect property is a service station within 75 feet of a single family residence. 4.
