sarvice station as a conforming use to the C-1, Neighborhood Co~ercial, Zone>
_2. That an amendment to the Genaral Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
the parcal proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this area...
3. ihat the present use of sub~oct property is a service station.
4. That the existing use vras established under the jurisdiction of the County.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
