1. That the curbs shall be repaired and the damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks shall be
removed and/or reconstructed along Broadway, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specii:ca~"i,Ions on fiie In I.he offi~e of ti~e City Engineer.
2o That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the D:rector of Public Ylorks.
3. That this variance is granted subjact to the completion of Reclassification
No. 64-65-36.
4. ?hat subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
5. ?hat all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view from abut-
ting streets,
6o That a bond in an amount and form satisfar,tory to the City of Maheim shall be posted
with thP ~!!y ~~ y3ardt~LB@ ihe installation of a 6-foot masonry wall along the east and west
property lines9 prior to the time that the Buiiding Permit is issued or within a period of 180
days from date hereof, whi~hever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City
Council may qrant~
7e That Condition Nose 'l, 2y and 5, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
f inal building inspectiona
