That the curbs shall be repaired and the damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks shall be removed and/or reconstructed along Broadway, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specii:ca~"i,Ions on fiie In I.he offi~e of ti~e City Engineer. 2o That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the D:rector of Public Ylorks. 3.
