WF~REAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim dial adopt a General Plan
by R'e'soluEion No. 63R-869, showing the general description and extent of land uses
•ithin the City and indicating the present belief of the Council as to possib2a
future development and redevelopment of land Mithin the City~ and
WF~REAS, the City Planning Commissio~ of the City of Anaheim did receive
a verified Petition for Reclassification Noe 64-65-14, Mhich petition has impltca-
tions on policies as expreased on said General Planq and
Wi~REAS, in con3unction Mith the notice of the hearing on said rec2assi-
fication, notice ras also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the
General Plan in the general location and vicinity of subject property of said
reclassification~ and• ~~
WI~REAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the
City Hal: in the City of Anaheim on September 28, 1964, at 2~00 o'clock P.M.,
notico of said public~hear:'.ng having been duly given as required by law a~d in
accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim ~lunicipal Code, to hear and consider
~vidence for and against aaid aipendment to the General Plan and said proposed
Petition for Reclassif~Fation to inveetigate and make findings and recommendations
~n connection thererit~O and

made by itsQlf and in ita behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and

Cfty of Anaheim does hereby reco~mend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim
thaf subject General Plan Amendment be approved on the basis of the aforementioned
findings and in accordance Mith Exnibit "A".
