as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

1. That the petitioaer eequests a vadence from the Aneheim Mualcipal Code: Ser,tion 16v04o030( i) to
waive parking requirements of the existinq C-1v Neighborhood Commercialy Zone to permit
the development of subject property with 225 }5arkinq spaces in Yieu of the requirsd 278
parking spa~es,.
