Series 1 64-65 A.RES~)iUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ODMMISSION OF THF CITY OF ANAHfiIM ~ RE[Ak6AENDING TO THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAfiQM THAT GENERAL PLAN AMEImMENT_ NO< 40 BE DISAPPRO.VED WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Maheim did adopt a General Pian by Resolutioci Noe 63R•869, showing the general description and extent of land uses within t~e City and indicating the.present belief of the Council as to possible future develop- ment and..redevelopment of land within the City; and • WHEEiEAS, .the City Planning_Commissian of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit Noe 627, which petition has implications on poZ;c?~s as exprossed on said GeneraL plan; and WHEREAS, in conjunction with ~Lfie notice of the hearing on said conditional use permit, notice was also given regarding the coricideration nf an amendment to the General Plan in the general locatina and vicini.ty of subject property of said conditionai use permit; and ~~, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in }~e CSty of Maheim.on September 28, 1964, at 2e00 0'CLOCK P,Mo, notice of said public }~ear3ng hauing.,been duly•g3,ven.as.required by law and in accordance with the provisinns of the-1~naheim Municipal Code9 .to hear and consider evidence for and against said Amendment to the General Plan and said proposed Petition for conditional use permit to investigate and make.findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHERBAS9 said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its.behalf and a£ter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hea,r.ingq DOES.
