WHER£AS, the City Planning Cortmission of the City of Anaheim did recommend approval
of 13eclassification Noe 64-65-15,on September 14, 1964, by Resolution No. 1324, Series
1964-65. and
YfHEREAS, the petitioner had stipulated that he was in ~oncurrance that subfect
property be reclassified to the M-1, Light Industrial, Zone in lieu of the originaily
requested C-i, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did initiate reclassification prcce~dings
for ~-1, Light Industrial, Zone, and
WH~tEAS, said TeSOiuLi6n errGiiZ6U5iy stated that tha Plannir,g Cc~nission rec~mmended
reclassification to the C-1, iJeighborhood Commercial, Zone instead of the recommended M-1,
Light Industrial, Zoneo
NOW~ THFREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution Noa 1324, Series 1964-65 be amended
by specifically recomanending approval. of M-1, Light Industrial, Zone for property considered
in Reclassification Noe 64-65-15.
