i Petitioa for Conditiooel Uae Permit, upon the fopowing condlUons which are hereby fonnd to be e necessary pcerequfsite
to the propoaed uae oE the snb)ect propetty in oeda to preserve the safety end geaerd welEace of the Citlsens of the
City of Anaheim: •
~ 1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed along Stete College Boulevard as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
~ in the office of the City Engineer.
~ 2. That trash stora e areas shall be
; g provided in accordance with approved plans on file
; in the office of the Director of Public Morks.
~ • 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
~ the Chief of the Fire Department.
