Thet the petitloner propoaee e recluaificaUon of the ebove described propetty from the R-0~ Residential Suburban9 Zone to the R 1, One Family Residential, Zone to create one R-1 lot less than 7200 square feet, and retain the balance for an R-0 loto 2. That.the proposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and/or desirable £ar t,he orderly and prQper development of the community. 3e That the..proposed division of sub~ect property, after the required dedication for straet widening was made9 would create a substandard R-0, R-1 lots. 4. Zhat the proposed reclass.ification of subject property would set a prece~ent for the division of all R-O.Zoned lots.in the.immediate vicinity of subject property. 5. That the proposed establishment of a R-1 Zoneci lot would be incompatible to the exieting develc~ment of residential suburban lots which have a minimum of 10,000 square feet. 6e That two persons appeared representing 5 persons in the Council Chamber and two letters were received in opposition to sub~ect petition.
