facts:
1.Thetthe P~!~ni~9 ~Ommission prop~ses ±he reclassification of the above described
property from t~1 sxis~ing R-A9 Zone to.establish existing manufact~s ing firus as a
conforming use to the IA-1 and P-L9 Zone.
2e That the proposed reciassification is in conformance rrith the General Plan.
3a That the present use of subject property is manufacturing firms.
4o That the existing use was established while subject property was imder the
jurisdiction of the Countyo
5o That the existing dedication for Brookhurst Street is not to ultimate xidth and
no.additional deriication is rasommendede The additional dedication shwld be obtained
at such time as the property is redeveloped or remodeled.
