A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIIdG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEllN
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1664 BE GRANTED

fornia, described as that portion of lot 21 of Anaheim Extension as shown on a map of Survey

tion thereavith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, lnvestlQetion, and etudy made by itselE and in its behalf,
and aRer due conaidereUon of all evidence and repoRs offered es aaid headng, doea Elnd and detecmine the folloaing

1. That the petitioner rcquesta e vadance from ti~e Meheim Municipal Code: Sec*ion 18~52..C60(2) to reduce
the building setbacks on Vermont Avem~e from 50 f'eet to 20 feet of lands~aped setback and from
