by :aw end in eccordence with the provisions of the Aaeheim Municipel Code, Cheptec 18.68, to hear and consider
evideace for and ageinst seid proposed verience and to invesUgate and meke findinga end cecommeadetions in connec-

WHEREAS, eaid Commission, efter due inepection, investigaUon, ead study made by itself end in ita behelf,
end after due consideretlon oE all evidence and reporta oHerod as aeid headng, does find end determine the following
fects:
1. Thet thepetitioner requests e vadence from the Meheim Municipel Code: Sect3on '±P~40„420(1) which
requires that the helght of any stiu~ture in the C-ly Commercial Officey Zone not exceed two
