A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CObIMLSSION OF THE CTfY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-44 BE 7~PPROIIED
WEiEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission of the City of AneheLn did •initiate a verffied Petition for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange~,
State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as
though set forth in full
Property owned by: Eugene To Metz, 335 North Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California.
John Mazepa, 331 North Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California.

WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commissfon did hold e public headng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
OCtober 26~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public headng heving been duly given es required
by lew end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72,to hear end consider evi-
dence for and ageinst said pcoposed reclassificeticn end to inveatigate end make findings and recommendetionsin
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due iaspection, investigation, end study made by itselE and in its behelf,
end eftet due conaideration of all evidence and repode offered at ssid hearing, does find and dMermine the following
facts:
1.Thatthe Planning Commission proposes the reclassification of the above described
prnpertv from the exlsting R-A, Agricultural. Zone to establish an existing animal hospitalA
and motei on Parcel 1 as a conforming use in the C-1, Neighborhood Commerical9 Zone. ,
2o inat an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary9 because the size of
the parcel proposed for reclassif ication would not generally affect the City's policies in
this areae '.
3~ That the present use of subject property is an existing animal hospita] ana motel.
4e That the existing use was estaiolished while subject property was under the ~urisdictior.
