Reclassificatloa on certain real property sitUated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oranse,
State of California, described as that portion of the Southrest quarter of the NortM~est
quarter of Section 7, Tormship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.BM., described as follow~~
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said SouthNest quarter~ thence Northurly along the
Easterly line thereof 229e99 `eet~ thence Westerly parallel with the South line of said
SouthMest quarter 121053 feet~ thence at right angles Southerly 229.98 feet to said South
line; thence Easterly along said South line 118e79 feet to the poir.t ~~ heqinning~ Excepting

WHEREAS, said Commisaion, efter due inapection, inveatigetion, aad study made by itself and in its behdf,

1.Thatthe Planning Commission proposes the reclassif3cation of the above described property
from the existing R-A, Agricultural9 Zone to establish subject property in the zone of parcels
developed for single family residential use to the R-1, One Fam;ly Residential, Zone.
2. Shat the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3e That three single family homes are located on three of the parcels and a City water
pump is located on the fourth parcelo
4. The existing four pazcels were created under Variance No. 750.
5. That Variance No. 750 be terminatedo
