WHEREAS, the City Planning Commir.sion of t}-e City oE Aneheim did ~initiate~ a verified Petitien for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim= COUnty of Orange,
State of California, described as the Easterly 175 feet of the Northerly 280 feet of the
Northeast quarter of Section 19„ To~rnship 4 South~ Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,.
as shorm on a Map recorded in Brook 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
Califcrnta; Excepting the Northerly 50 feet lying within the right of way of Ball Rcad and
the Basterly 60 f~et of the Northerly 230 feet of said Northeast quarter lying rithin the
right cf way of Brookhvrst Streaty Also excepting the Southerly 50 feet of the Northerly
280 feet of the Easterly 50 feet of said Northeast quarter and the triangular parcel des- -

2o That ihe proposad reclassif ication is in conformance with the General Plano
3o That the present uae.of subject property is a service station within 75 feet of a

4, That the existing use was established while the property was under the jurisdiction

5o That the existing dedication for Ball Road and Brookhurst Street is not to ultimate
width and no additional dedication ie recommendedo The addition4l dedication would create a
