A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANIJING ~MMISSION OF I'HE CITY OF ANAHEYM
REL~l~NE1~IDING TO THE CITY ODUNCIL OF Tt~ CITY OF ANAHEIM 'IHE A1pPTI0N
OF THE ~WAFBCIAL RECREAT.ION ARFA.HEIGHT STANDARD MAP
WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim9 in joint session with
the City Councily on September 1, 1964 did adopt a basic 75-foot height limitation, and
{N1iEPEAS, Exhibit Noa 5 was adopced as a guide to determine heights in excess of said
75-foot height limitation9 and
WHFAEAS9 Exhibit No< 5 is an incomplete document9 in that it only indicates height
planes at certain points above mean sea level9 and does not indicate the differential
between ground level and said height planes, and
WHFREAS9 a"Height Standard Map" was prepared which contains the data from Exhibit
Noo 59 plus the natural ground elevation contours based on the Uo Se G. So datum of the
Commercial Recreation Area, and said map also contains explanatory notes in the legend,
and
WHEREAS, this additional information is necessary in order that the Planning Commission
and Planning Diepartment migh± be able to utiiize the Exhibit No, 5 data as an administrative

AAW~ THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby zecommend to the City Council of the City of Maheim the adoption of the Anaheim
Commercial Recreation Area "Height Standard Map" as a document to be used in lieu of Exhibit
Na 53n reaching a determination as to structural heights in excess of 75 feet for any
particular building site in the Commercial Recreation Areao
