VARIANCE BA. 1629, IN RESOLUfION NOa 1110, SERIES 1963-64, DATm MA&CH 30, ~~64
YIHEREAS, the City Planning Gommission of the City of Anaheim did grant Variance No. 1629
on March 30, 1964 in ResOlution No. 1110o Series 1963-64, subject to conditione, and
WHEREAS, upon submission of a notice that street light and street tree fees were due,
a letter requesting termination of al: proceedi~~;s on Variance No. 1629 was submitted by
the owner of said property.
NOIN~ THFREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVm that the City P~anning ~ommission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby terminate all action on Variance No. 1629 as reqnE~sted by the owner of subject
property.
