That the petitioner stipulated to construction of the service station in accordance with Exhibit No. 3. 7. That the oLmers of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet fn width from the center line.of the street, a2ong Sycamore Street, for street widerdrg purposes includ~ng a 15-foot radius corner return. 2. ~'hat the oompletion of tk~ese reclassification proceedings is contingent upon th~ grant- ing of Conditional Use Permit Noe 632. 3o That the owners of aubject property shall pay to the City ~f Maheim the sum of 52.00 per front foot alonq East Street and Sycamore Strest for street lighting purposes. 4< That the owness of sub~ect property shall submit an irrevocable offer of a deed of easemerrt for alley widening purposes, provided however, that no permanent underground storage facilities shall be located in the proposed easement. 5. Thet Condition Nos. 1 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of 18U days from date ~iereof9 or such further time as the City council may grant. 6e That 'sub~ect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications.on fiie marked Exhibit Nos. 1 2 and 3„ and further provided that subject ,~roperty shall be developed in accordance wi~h ~he service station s3te deve~opment standards.
