petiUon for Condidon~l Use Permit, upon tfie folloaln~ condltioas which ue heraby fonnd to ke ~ aecess~ry pcerequi~ite
to the peopo~ed we of the subJect property in order to pre~erve the s~Eaty ~nd ~eaerd aelf~re oi the Citiseas oE the
City of Maheim:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works prior to final building inspection.
2. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassificc-
tion No. 64-65-39.
3e That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications an file marked Exhibit Noso 1, 2, and 3, and further provided, that sub3ect
property shall be deve;opad in accordance wi the service station site development standards.
4. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the north and west property
lines, provided however, that said well on the west property line shall be removed at the time
the City c~eens it necessary to widen the existing alley to 20 feet9 prior to final building
inspection uf ;he proposed service station.
