verified petition for Conditional Use Pe:mit No. 6459 which petition has implicat3ons
on policiea as..expressed on sa:ld General Pianp and
NMEREASy ln con~unction w:th the notice of the hearing on said Condiiional Use
PQrmit9 notlce was.aiso given ragarding i:he cor~aideration of an amendment to the
General P1an 3n the general lo~:ation and vicinity of subject propert;y of said Condition~
Use Permit~ and.
WHFREASy the.~ity..Planning.Commission did hold a publio hearing et.the City Hall
in .the City of .Anaheim an Novembes 9y y964„ at 2e00 0°clock PoMoq notice of said
public hearing having beeh..duly.given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisiohe of.~he.Anaheim 1lvnicipa: Code9 to htar and considar evidence for and against
said Amendment to the Geaeral Pian and ea:Id prbposed Petition for Conditional Use Permit

iteelf and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports

1. That the p:esent general deacription and extent of land uses in the
aforementionad area adequateiy represents past and current City
policies regarding possible future development of said general area,
generally bounded by a line 300•feet east of Dale Street on the west9
a.:i.tie 400 feet south of Creecent Avenue, on ~he south, a line 650
faet east of Daie.S.tseet on the east, and Crescent Avenue on the northo
2. That no evidence was presented at said hearing which would juatify the
C~ty Planning Comm3ssion recommending a change in the above mentioned
policies to tha..City Council.
3. That Exhibit "A" of General P1an.Amendment No. 46 does not constitute
an acceptable alternative to current policies as illustrated on the
General Plano
