Clty ot Anahdm:
1. That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
53 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Magnolia Avenue, for street widen-
ing purposeso
2. That the oNmer of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the swn of 52.00
per front foot along Maqrrolia Avenue9 for street lightinq purposes.
3. That t e si~ewalks, curbs and yutters shall be repaired along Mlagnol#a Avenue as r
quired by the ~ity tr~g ineer anc} in acc8rdancs with standard plans and specifications on fi~e
in the off ice of the City Engineere
4, That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Morlcs.
5. That the asphaitic paving in the parkway be removed.
6o That Condition Nosa 1 and 2, above ~aentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time
that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, whichever
occure first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council mayiedawith prior to the
