the City of Anaheim shali be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said
engineering ~equirements.

4e That the owners of sub.iect property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of ;5¢

v~ith the office of the Director of PUblic Morks, prior to f inal building inspectiono
6o That Condition Nos., 'ly 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a
period of '180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Courcil may grant.
7„ That the 35-foot se~back establlshed by a Council reso'ution be observed in the develop•
ment of the property and9 furthery that plans of development be subject to the approval of the
City Council prior to the issuance of a building permit.
8o That a 6-foot strip of landscapinq not less than 12 inches in height shall be provided
on the Loara Street end Llncoln Avenue frontages of subject property; that an additional ~
lendscapin~ not iess than 3 feet in height shall be provided in the remainder of the parking
areag and hat said lands~aping shail be planted and provided nith irrigation f acilities prior
to final•building inspectiono
