WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission of the City of M aheim on July 22, 1903,
in Resolution No. 84i, Series 1963-64 did grant Conditional Use P6rmit No. 449 in
conjunction with Reclassification No. 63-64-5, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~~~aheim did grant on August 27, 1963,
in Resolut3on Noa 63R-714 Conditional Use P~rmit No. 449, for the construction of
one and two-story Multiple Family Planned Residential u~velopment with carports with
waiver of the one story height limitation within 150 feet of R-A, Agricultural Zone
property, and
WHEH94~, the City Planning Commission on November 9, 1964, in Resolution No. 1415
Series 1964-65 did grant Conditianal Use Permit No. 643, to develop property which
Coqditional Use Permit No. 449 also encompasses. into condominium lots.
t~CiN, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLV~ that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Maheim does hereby recommend to the City Council that Conditional Use Permit No. 449
be.terminated on the basis that sub,~ect property no longer is being developed for a
multipla family planned residential development.
