A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOI~MISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REOOMMENDING
TO THE CITY GDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THE TFRMINATION OF COI~ITIONAL USE PERMIT
AAS. 164 and 361.
WHFREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant on October 2, 1951,
Conditi4nal Use Permit No. 164 in Resolution No. 100, Series 1961-62 to permit the establish-
meqt of a guest home for the aged, and
Wi~REAS9 the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant on February 4, 1963,
Conditional Use Permit No. 361, in Resolution No. 625, Series 1962-63 to establish a two
story planned unit multiple famil.y residentia? ~?avelopment, with waiver of the one story
height limitation, and
WHFREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of M aheim did grant on November 9, 1964,
Conditional Use Permit No. 646, in Resolution No. 1417, Series 1964-65 to establish a one
and two story planned residential development with waiver of the one story height limitat-
ion within 150 feet of R-A, Zoned property, thus nullifying all previous actions.
NOW9 THFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
reconrtnends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit Nos. 164
and 361 be terminated based on the fact that the uses are no longer applicable as originally
requested.
