That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along Vermont Street for tree planting purposes. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 ppr front foot along Yermont Street for street lighting purposes, 3. That Condition Nos. 1 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of 190 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant. 4. That the sidewalks shall be installed along Vermont Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. 5. That trash storage areas shall be provided in ac.cardance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Workso 6. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the bu;lding permit is issued. 7. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the west, south and east property lines. 8. That the rear and side walls of the proposed carports shall be finished with exterior building materials, that enclosed storage cabinets of a minimum capacity of 100 cubic feet shall be provided at the rear wall of each carport, and that adequate bumper guards shall be provided to protect the interior walls of the carports. 9. That subject property be developed substantaially in accordance with Exhibit Noa 19 provided however, that all construction be limited to one story in height, that parking be pro- vided in accordance with Code requirements and, further, provided that the development plans shall be sub~ect to Development Review prior to issuance of a building permit. 10, That Candition Nose 4, 5, 7 and S, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building inspection.
