A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-49 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the Ciry of Aneheim did initiate a verified Petition for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Calif~rnia, described as Parcel li The Easterly 180 feet of the Northerly 216 feet
of the Northeast quarter of Sectian 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.BM., Excepting
the Easterly 60 feet lying within the right of way of Brookhurst Street and the Northerly 66
feet lying within the right of way of Lincoln Avenue, Also excepting the triangular parcel
described in the deed recorded January 28, 1957 in Book 3781, page 334 of Official Records
of Qrange County, California~ Parcel 2s The Westerly 70 feet of the Easterly 250 feet of the
Southerly 150 feet of the Northe*~y 216 feet of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township
4 South. Range 10 West, S>B.B.BMe

WHEREAS, the Ciry Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
November 23~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heering heving been duly given ea required
by law end ia eccordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municlpal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider e~;i-
dence for end egainst seid pmposed reclassificetion and to inveatigete end make findings and recommendetiona in
conaection therewith: end
NIHEREAS, seid Commission, etter due inspection, investlgetion, and study made by itaelf end in ita behelf,
end after due consideretion of ell evidence and reports oEfered et said hearing, does find and determine the followiag
faMs:
1.Thetthe Planning Commission propo;,es a reclassif ication of the above described property
from the R-A, Agricultural9 Zone on Parcel Noa 1, and C-3, Heavy Commercia'. Zone deed
restricted to a muffler shop and acceseories or any C-7 use on Parcel No. 29 to the C-1,
Neighborhood Commercial. Zone to establish the existing uses in their most comparable zone.
2. That Conditional Use Permit Noo 639 is recommended for approval of sub,ject propert;
in a manner which will permit the uses presently authorized under C-3, deed restrictionse
3. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitione

thet Tifle 1&Zoaing oE the Maheim Munidpal Code be emended to ezclude the above described pcopetty from the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone on Parcel 1 and C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone on Parcel 2, and to
incorporate said d~scribed property into the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, upon the
following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed
use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens
of the City of Anaheime
1. That the completion of these reclassification proceedings is contingent upon the
granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 6390
