Conditional Use Permit on certain real proper.ty situat~ed in the City of Anaheim, County of

November 23~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'dock P.M., noUce of seid public hearing heving beep duly given es required by
lew and ih accrocdance with the provlaione of the Aneheim Munidpel Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end cronaider evidence
for end egeiast seid proposed conditionel uae and to investigete aad make findings end recommendetiona le connection

WFIEREAS, said Commissioa, efter due inapectIon, inveatigation, end study mede by itself end in ita behelf,
and efter due conaideration of ell evidence and repods offered et seid heering, does find ead deteimine the folloming fecte:
1. Thet the pmpoaed use is properly one for which e Conditionel Uae Permit is authodzed by thie Code, to wit:
pexmit the operation of an existing muffler shop on Parcel Noe 2 as a conforming use in the
C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zoneo
