1. Th~t thepetitloner requeets a wdence from the Maheim Municipal Code: Section 18,24~030(4) wt~ich
requires that ~he minimum ''ot width be 70 feet and ±he minimum :ot area be 7200 square feety
to develop subject property with lot wldths of 60 feet, and 18 Iots aver the minimum lot area
and turo lots with less than 72G0 square feet~

or to the intended ase oE the property that do not apply generelly to the property or class of use in the s~me vicinity

Petition for Veriance, upon the Eollowing conditioea which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisIte to the pco-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfare oE the Citizens of the City of
Annheim.

recorded in the office of the Orange County Recordere
2e That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reciassification No. 64-65-6]
