1. Th~t th~ pttltiouer ptopases a recleesiflcation of th~ ebove described proDectY from the R-A~ Agricultural~
Zone to the R-2;'~lultiple Family Re~idential, Zone to e~tablish a one and two story multiple
family plann~d residential develapment with subterranean parking.
2. That the proposed reclassification is considered in con~unction with General Plan
Amandment No. 4R.
3. ?hat the proposed reclassification is incompatible with the existing single family
subdivision development on the east, south and west boundaries of subject property.
4. That subject property is developable for single family subdivision.
5. That thr, proposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and~or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
6. 'fhat the Co~mnission proposes the development of highway :elated commercial uses for
the northerly portion of sub~ect property, and the balance of subject property, as pro~ected
on the General Plan, for low density residential development.
7. That three persons appeared representing 30 persons present ir, the Council Chamber,
and a~petition signed by 161 property owners was received in oppositions and that one person
appeared representing 9 persons present in the Council Chamber, and a petftion signed by
12 persons was received, favoring subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Meheim City Planning Commisaion does hereby rccommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that aubject Petition for ReclaasificeUon be denied on the beais of the
aforomentloned findings.
