A RESOLUIION OF THE CITY PLANN?NG ~MMISSION ()F THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RE~MMENDINCi TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THE A~IENDMENT
TO I'II'LE 16 OF THfi ANAHEI~1 MUNICIPAL CODE9 [,HAPTEA 18.64, SECIION

WHERFAS, Section 18.64.020(3-f) requires that Pillboards be subject to filing
a conditional use permit to permit them in the R-A, C-1, C-2, C-3, and "M" Zones; and
NHFRFAS, the City Planning Commissicn on Oecember 21, 1964 recommended to the
City Council the adoption of an ordir~ance regulating Billboards in Chapter 18.63;
and
MfHEREAS, reference in Section 18,64.020(3-f) io Billboards should, therefore,
include "and subject to the provisions of Section 18.64 - Billboards."
NOW~ THFRFFORE~ BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim racomaends to the City Councii of the City of Anaheim the amendment to
Title Eighteen, Chapter 18o64y Section 18.640020(3-f) on the basis of the aforementioned
findings,. to read as followse
"(3-f) SILi.BOARDS - and subject to the provisions of Section 18e63.
