Series 1964-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~MMISS?ON OF THE CITY OF ANAFIEIM TERMINATING CANDITIONAL USE PERMiT I~. 165 WHERFAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant Conditiona3 Use Permit No. 165 to establish a church on subject property in Resolution No. LO1, Series 1961-62, dated October 2, 1961, for a period of three years from the effective date of the petition; and ~ WHERFAS, the property owner was contacted on November 5, 1964, to determine ~ whether or not a written request would be submitted to the Commissi~n for an extension of time for the proposed use of Conditional Use Permit Noo 165; and WHEREAS, the proparty owner advised the Planning Department that upon the expiration of the three year time limitation, there would not be a request for an extension of time based on the fact that the property was no longer being used for a church and was for sale. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the C3ty of Maheim does hereby terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 165, based on the foregoing facts.
