TERMINATING CAtmITIONAL USE PFRMIT NA. 178
WHEREAS, the City Planning Cotmnis;,i:n in Resolution No. 141, Series 1961-62
did grant Petition for Conditiona: Use FP:iait tlo. 17A to permit the establishment
of a church for tempar.ary church se:v:ces; ar.d
WHFRFJIS, a time limitation of one year for ~he proposQd use expired on November
13, 1962, with no request for ex~ension of time Ueing made~ and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department contacted the agent for the petitioner on
December 9, 1964, to determi~e whether or not the structure was still being used
for church services; and
WHERFAS, the agert for the petitioner st:ted that the st:ucture has never beert
occupied for the use it was i~tended, since a moia suitable ?ocation had been found.
I~A.W, THEREf~RE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Plannirg Commission of the City of
Anaheim hereby terminates Conditional Use Permit Noa 178, based on the foregoin9
f acts.
