A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CAMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING CANDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOe 368
WHFREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant
Conditional Use Permit No. 368 to establish 30 additional units and a guest
house on ah existing motel in Resolution No~ 6389 Series 1962-63, dated February
18, 1963; and
WHEREAS, a condition of approval was the payment of 52.00 per front foot for
street lighting purposes to be paid within 180 days or August 18~, 1963; and
WHFREAS, upon contacting the petitioner on December 10, 1964 relative to his
inten.t to proceed with the conditional use permit, he stated that it was not his
intention to use Conditi ~al Use Permit No. 36A, but did not desire to submit a
letter to that effecto
NOW, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim do hereby terminate Conditional Use Permit Noe 368, based on the fore-
going facts.

1964.
