. A RESOLUfION OF THE CITY PL/WNING OJMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT I~A, 389
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim granted Conditional
Use Permit ~?c. 389 in Resolution Noo 697, Series 1962-63 on April 1, 1963 to permit
the establishment of an ice.vending machine on said property; and
~ WHEF.EAS, deed for dedication of Qroperty for the widening of Maheim Boulevard
were mailed the pe.titionex, but were never returned as requested; and
^~-'r WHEREAS, the Planning Department contacted the petitioner on December 10, 19649
to determine whether or not he planned to exercise the conditional use permit;_and
a~
WHEREAS9 the petitioner stated that since he was not permitted to place the ice
4,~ vending on the corner as he had requested the allowable location was not satisfactory
[~;~~ for his purposes9 therefore he did not intend to exercise the authority of the

"~ NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVID that the Pianning Commission of the City of Anaheim
..~ hereby terminates Conditional Use Permit Nao 3899 based on the foxegoing findingso
