A RESOLUTION.OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOa 475
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant
Conditional Use Permit No. 475 in Resolution No. 906, Series 1963-64 on September
26, 1963 to permit the establishment of an automatic car wash including the sale
of gzoline on said property; and
WHEREAS, the time limitation of 180 days for the completion of conditions
in the granting of Conditione.l Use Permit Noo 475 expired March 26, 1964, with
~ no request for an extension of. time heing submitted; and
WFItREAS, the Planning Depa*tment contacted the petitioner to determine
~ whether or not he intended to act on the authority granted under the Conditionai
Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner submitted a letter stating that he did not intend
to use the Conditional Use Permit Noo 4759 because negotations with a prospective
lessee had not materializedo
NpW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim hereby terminates Conditional Use Permit Ir'oa 475, on the basis of the
aforementioned findingso
