A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING Q~MMISSION OF TI-1E CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING VARIANCE NOo 1601
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant
Variance No. 1601 in Resolution Noo 956, ~-=ies 1963-64 on November 21, 1963
to permi~ the waiver of the required number of parking spaces in a garage; and
WF~REAS, the original request for waiver of the required side yard and
renuired garage width was withdrawn by the petitioner; and
WHEREASy upon final development of the four apartment development, the
petitioner complied with the minimum code requirement of five garages, thereby
eliminating the need for the varianceo
NOW, TI-IEREFORE BE IT RESOLV~D that the City Planning Commission of the
City.of Anaheim hereby terminates all proceedings on Variance No. 1601 based on
the foregoing facts.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 31st day of
December, 1964.
