A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAP~NING ODMAII"SION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REWMMENDING TO Tl-!E CITY ~UNCIL OF THE i.ITY OF ANAHEIM THE AMENDMENf
OF THE L~AL DESCRIPTION OF RECLASSIFICATION NOo 62-63-108,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved in Resolution of Intention Noo 63R-475
on May 2°, 1963, Reclassification Noo 62-63-1089 reclassifying said property to
±::e n-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone upon the completion of conditions; and
WHFREAS, the City Planning Commission on December 21, 1964 in Resolution
No, 1457, Series 1964-E~5 recommended approval of Reclassification Noo 64-65-56
reclassifying the easterly approximate 206 feet to the C-3, Heavy Commercial,
Zone of property originally reclassified to the R-3, Zoney to establish two 45-
unit motels with restaurant and cocktail lounge on said property~
NOW, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City
of M aheim does hereby recAmmend tc the City Council the amendment of the legal
descr.iption referred to as "Exhibit A" based on the fact that the easterly 206
feet reclassified in Resolution of Intention Nu~ 63R-475 to the R-39 Multiple
Family Residential, Zone has now been recommended for reclassification to the C-3,
Heavy Commercial, Zone to read as followss
"The West 405,00 feet of the East one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of
the Northeast one-quarter of Section 14y Township 4 South, Range 11 West9 in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof, recorded in Book 519 Page 11, of
Miscellaneous.Mapsy Records of Orange County9 Californiay excepting therefrom the
North Five (5) acreso"
