A RESOLUTI~N OF THE CITY PLANNING 00MMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RE0.IMMENDING TO THE CITY ~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
TITLE SEl-ENTEEN~ CHAPTER 17008 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL WDE RELAT-
ING TO LAND DEVII.OPMEM AND RESOURCES' BE AMENDED BY ADDING

' WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anahein did recommend to the
; City Council of the City of Anaheim that standards for the guidance of persons or entities
k seeking approval of covenants, conditions, a~d restrictions required in the approval of
condominiums which are being subdivided; and
WHEREAS, Title 17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code does not now provide for the review
and approval of covenants, conditions and restrictions when subdivision of real property
or airspace takes place; and
WHEREAS, Title 17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code does not now provide for designation
of a not a buildable lot when su6dividinq properties for primary residential useo
NAW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission o£ the City of
Anaheim does hereby recommpnd tc the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Title 17
of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended by adding thereto Section 17~08.300 DIVISION
OF REAL PROpFRTY DEVELOPID FOR9 OR PROPOSED T~ BE DEVELOPED FOR9 RESIDENTIAL USE referred
to as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and referred to as though set forth in fullo
