wit: establish a training schooi for medical and dental assistance on subject propertya
2. That the propoaed uae aill not edvecsely aEfect the edjoiniag land nses end the ~eowth ~ad developmeat of
the erea in which it ie proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shepe of the aite proposed for the uee is adequ~te to allow the full dewlopmant of !he
proposed use in e menner not detdmental to the pnrticular area nor to the peace, 6e~lth, s~fety, aad `eneral aelf~ee
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the gcenting of the Conditional Use Petmit uader tt.e conditlons Imposed, iE ~ny, wil! not be detrimental

5o That the petitioner stipulated to the installation of bumper guards adjacent to the
parking spaces proposed along the wall on the west property line. .
6~ That the Pianning Commission recommends that the Public Works Department review the
parking situation to determine if corrective measures are necessa*y to facilitate street
cleaning along Cliffwood Laneo

PetiUon for Conditional Use Permit, upon the Eollowing conditionR ahich are hneby Eound to be ~ necesaary ~rorequiaite
to the propoaed uae of the subject pmpecty in order to pcesetve the s~(~ety ~nd generel welfare ot the Citizena of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That subject property shail be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Maheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4,
provided however, that bumper guards shall be installed along all parking spaces provided
along the west property line9 as stipulated by the petitionere
